Vigorous, bushy, upright evergreen with young leaves glossy, bright golden-yellow maturing to dark green with a broad margin of bright gold. Tiny greenish-white flowers in summer, occasionally followed by pink fruits in autumn. Makes a dense, colourful hedge for sunny positions, in full shade it will loose its bright golden colouration. HEDGE Trim in May and August. For hedges 4-7ft (1.2-2.1m). Plant 1.5-2ft (45-60cm) apart. SHRUB 8ft x 6ft (2.4m x 1.8m).
