We have had a number of AOL and a few TalkTalk users reporting problems with our web site. We have investigated this and believe the problem to be with AOL DNS servers. AOL have not responded to our emails regarding this.
There are a number of things you could try to resolve the issue:
1) Use a different browser. For example, if you are using AOL's browser try Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.
2) You can try to follow the instructions on AOL's help pages: AOL problems accessing sites
3) If you are happy to change settings on your pc we would recommend you using OpenDNS rather than AOL's DNS. However, do not try this unless you are comfortable in changing your computer's network settings.
Alternatively you can contact AOL for assistance..
