Greensage is the exciting result of new hybridisation to create an even sweeter, exhibit quality, garden-worthy Pea. Pods over 20cm (8in) long, with 8-11 peas, are produced over a long period on semi-leafless, upright plants. Crops in 70 Days. - June to August Sowing Instructions. Sow March to June. Sow March to June every 10 days for succession. Sow 5cm (2in) deep in flat-bottomed drills spacing about 2.5-5cm (1-2in) apart, and in rows 75cm (30in) apart. Growing Instructions. When plants are 10cm (4in), tall provide twiggy sticks for support. Height 75cm (30in). Aftercare Instructions. The peas will be ready to harvest around 12-13 weeks from sowing date, and regular picking will encourage further cropping. Plants are self supporting when sown in blocks. Prefers well drained, moist, rich conditions.
