WOW! This mouthwatering medley of colours was discovered and named by T&M's horticultural team whilst inspecting the seed crop. A wide drift of Creme Brûlee in beds or borders will generously display the fascinating spectrum of colours and patterns that this exceptional blend offers.
Sowing Instructions. Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost at 18-20C (64-68F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Do not cover the seed. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 10-21 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Alternatively, sow direct after last frost in shallow drills, 30cm (12 inches) apart in well cultivated soil raked to a fine tilth. Thin out seedlings when large enough to handle.
Growing Instructions. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into trays or 7.5cm (3 inch) pots. Grow on in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 23cm (9 inches) apart.
Aftercare Instructions. Prefers a rich, well drained soil in full sun. Flowers summer.
